Hi Glo,

It was so great to finally meet you last week!

Memphis Bioworks workforce development team uses Salesforce for its database management needs and it is an excellent tool! We use the software for all of our active grants and specifically our EPA grant, we use to input and create candidate profiles to track from the steps of enrollment to placement. We use to compile data for quarterly reports and track candidate activities and status updates. It is very user-friendly and can be customized to your organization/department needs. I have provided a few feature details below. We also have staff at Memphis Bioworks that are certified and licensed to assist with setup and walk you thru the process if you are interested in learning more. Please check out website at www.salesforce.com<http://www.salesforce.com>.

Salesforce is an easy-to-use, cloud-based CRM (customer relationship management) solution used by businesses in every industry to increase sales, generate more leads, improve customer service, and ultimately grow. With no hardware or software to maintain, Salesforce scales to your business needs and helps you keep costs down and do more with small teams.

Grantees......

One of your fellow grantees, Sherry Callaway from Limitless Vistas, has asked the question below. Can anyone help her out please? I will post all replies to the listserv so everyone benefits from your help. Thank you!

Glo

Question from Sherry:
Is anyone using a software or system to track grant performance metrics? Excel seems to be the norm, but it would be very helpful to have an affordable database-type software or system to track everything for multiple grants. Surely, not everyone is relying on Excel.
Thanks!!!
