In 2009 and 2010 ATEEC facilitated a series of seven regional Energy Conversations. The primary purpose of the conversations was to obtain a snapshot view of existing and upcoming energy jobs and to determine which jobs are currently needed in different regions of the country including the Mid-Atlantic North Central Northwest South Central Southeast Southwest and West. The resulting report on these Energy Conversations is intended to provide a preliminary labor market analysis and needs assessment.
